At Urban Pet Shop, we strive to provide quality products for your pets. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once they are purchased and delivered.

Due to the nature of pet products, including hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns once items have been shipped or delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution if applicable.
