How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order directly from your 'My Account' page under the 'Orders' section.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is available for eligible addresses in Salem, Tamil Nadu, for orders placed before 12 PM. Standard shipping applies to all other regions.
Can I return opened pet food?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened pet food or edible treats unless the product is defective or recalled. If your pet refuses to eat it, consider donating it to a local shelter.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Within Salem, we offer free shipping above a minimum cart threshold. For other regions, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the volumetric and actual weight of the items in your cart.
